Memorial Day Poolside

We live in Texas ya'll; which means Memorial Day is spent poolside 

{with an occasional dip in the pool to avoid heat stroke}. 

And while I love a good burger as much as the next girl, 

I prefer light, refreshing bits and bites when the mercury climbs.
