Wine tip.

Last night a friend walked over with a bottle of white wine.  Given the outrageous heat (even at 6 pm), the bottle was warm upon her arrival.  No problem!  She had the cleverest trick -- Wrap a wet paper towel around it and stick it in the freezer. Ten minutes later, it was perfectly chilled. Genius!
