Peeling Groovy.

Sardinian Blood Orange Mojito
Any cold beverage sounds good with the Texas heat blazing near 100 for what seems like forever now.  This mojito sounds particularly refreshing and I can’t wait to try it!

2 bunches of mint
1 cup of fresh squeezed blood orange juice
1 shots of rum
2 Tablespoons of sugar
Juice of 1 lime
1 cup of ice
1 shaker and muddler
Add mint, lime juice and sugar in shaker.  Muddle the ingredients until the mint is well crushed.  Add rum, blood orange juice, and ice.  Shake well and serve garnished with remaining mint and a slice of lime.
